MEOWTINZ'S ART & DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE 2025By commissioning any artwork from me, you automatically acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined in my Terms of Service. Please ensure you have read and understood them before proceeding.

1. Rights & Usage Policy‣ I reserve the right to decline any commission for reasons that fall within my personal, ethical, or moral boundaries—particularly if the request violates or contradicts the terms outlined in this document.‣ As the original creator, I retain full rights to the commissioned digital asset, including the right to display it in my portfolio and social media content for promotional purposes. However, as the commissioner, you are granted full personal-use rights, including the freedom to edit or modify the artwork as you wish, with no restrictions for non-commercial purposes.‣ Reselling the commissioned work is not permitted without explicit prior consent. If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please contact me directly. We can discuss licensing terms, rights, and any applicable fees based on the intended usage.‣ Regarding private commissions: By default, I reserve the right to share commissioned work unless an explicit agreement is made in advance. Exceptions will apply to NSFW content that I do not feel comfortable sharing on my platforms—this will be at my discretion. If privacy is requested for personal reasons, please communicate this in advance so we can reach a mutual agreement.‣ This Terms of Service may be updated at any time. I reserve the right to revise or modify any part of these terms based on evolving practices, experience, or personal criteria.

2. Personal Context & Work Availability‣ I would like to clarify that I currently reside in a country where power outages are frequent and unpredictable, significantly impacting my ability to work on assignments or projects. During these outages, I may be unable to access my computer for periods ranging from 3 to 5 hours.‣ Despite these challenges, I maintain a strong professional ethic and do not use personal circumstances as an excuse to delay or neglect my work. However, I reserve the right, as any individual should, to take breaks if circumstances adversely affect my performance or well-being.‣ I fully reserve the right to take justified breaks at my own discretion, with the commitment that I will personally inform you should this affect any ongoing commission.‣ My standard commission work schedule is based on five business days per week (Monday to Friday), between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM. While I may also work on weekends, this is entirely at my discretion. Additionally, please note that I hold an in-person job, which means this schedule is subject to change depending on my availability and other personal or professional responsibilities.

3. Accepted Currencies & Payment ProcessAll payments must be made in full before the commission process begins—no exceptions. This policy ensures mutual commitment and allows me to properly schedule and prioritize your project. Please note that I do not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment has been received, as time, planning, and resources are immediately dedicated to your commission. By proceeding with payment, you fully acknowledge and agree to these conditions.‣ By pre-ordering a commission from me—which will be carried out accordingly based on your position in the queue—it does not necessarily mean you will have to wait until your exact turn for initial progress. I often utilize available time to begin sketches ahead of schedule to keep you updated and engaged in the process. I also greatly appreciate your willingness to stay in touch and maintain open communication throughout.‣ The currencies I work with will always be based on the US Dollar ($USD). In addition to traditional payment methods, I also accept cryptocurrencies such as $USDT and $USDC as legitimate forms of payment. All transactions are expected to be made in these currencies, and any conversions or associated fees are the responsibility of the commissioner. This ensures clarity, consistency, and efficiency in the payment process.Preferred Payment MethodsI accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate different preferences. Below are the platforms I use:Binance (Preferred): Binance is my primary payment method due to its stability, low transaction fees, and ease of converting funds into usable currency in my country. It offers a seamless experience for both traditional and cryptocurrency payments, making it the most efficient option for both parties.PayPal: PayPal is accepted with the condition that transactions are processed through invoices for transparency. I do not charge any additional fees for PayPal transactions or for any other payment platform used.Airtm: Airtm serves as a reliable alternative payment method, offering flexibility in sending funds internationally. It's an effective option for those who may prefer using a service other than PayPal.Zinli: Zinli is another alternative payment method I accept, offering a smooth experience for sending and transferring funds. It is slightly more efficient than Airtm, making it a convenient choice for international transactions.‣ I gladly accept tips at your discretion, and I sincerely appreciate any support you choose to offer. Your generosity is deeply appreciated and helps me continue to provide quality work. Thank you in advance!.

4. Estimated Time & Additional Fee Policy‣ I aim to deliver commissions within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on my current workload and availability. While I strive to stay within this timeframe, please understand that commissioned pieces are handled in a queue, and the complexity of your request may affect scheduling.‣ I do not work with strict deadlines. However, I’ll always do my best to stay within the estimated timeframe and communicate transparently if any adjustments are needed.‣ Regarding commissions involving two or more scenarios, I create alternate versions of the characters within the same piece, presenting them from different angles, positions, poses, or actions — much like a comic-style compilation of events. In these cases, I reserve the right to adjust the pricing based on the complexity of the work and the time required to complete it.‣ For additional versions of a commission that include significantly different elements — such as changes in clothing, added effects, fluids, or other notable adjustments — I reserve the right to apply an additional fee, which will be determined based on the complexity and time required for the modifications.‣ For characters with highly detailed or demanding designs, an additional fee may apply. This fee reflects the extra time and care required to accurately capture complex elements, ensuring the final piece meets quality standards. If this applies to your commission, I’ll inform you before starting.

5. Commission Process & Client Communication‣ Regarding how to commission me: I usually open commissions through announcements on all my social media platforms and promotional sites. If you’d like to get in touch, I prefer to be contacted via direct messages on Twitter, Bluesky, or Instagram.For direct, real-time communication, you’re welcome to message me on Discord. Please note that my Telegram is private and not available for commission inquiries.‣ Once the commission has been confirmed and payment is received, I will request any digital or physical references of your character—or a third-party character—as well as a clear description of what you would like and how you envision it. If no visual reference is available, that is completely fine; we can work together to define the concept.‣ My approach to commissions is to be as helpful and communicative as possible. I encourage you to be involved in the process and feel comfortable providing directions and feedback throughout. However, please note that there may occasionally be misunderstandings due to language or other factors.‣ Revisions, changes, or corrections are welcome before the lineart stage begins—even after the sketch has been finalized. I accept post-lineart adjustments that are due to human error or minor elements that do not significantly alter the established composition of the digital asset.‣ Upon completion, the final digital asset will preferably be delivered via email to preserve its original quality. A post-completion review period of one week is provided to allow for any minor corrections.

5. Types of Content I AcceptGeneral Content: I am open to creating a wide variety of content, including but not limited to: furry, anime, original characters, fan art, humans, uncomplicated weapon designs, simple scenarios, basic machinery, and macro/micro themes, as long as they remain within a tolerable and manageable scope. I am happy to work on creative ideas while ensuring a professional and cohesive outcome.Suggestive Content: I accept suggestive content as long as it remains tasteful and within respectful boundaries. This includes tolerable vore, non-explicit eroticism, and political themes that are not radical or problematic. My goal is to create work that is respectful, thought-provoking, and aligned with a positive creative vision.NSFW Content: I am willing to create adult-themed content, including certain fetishes, as long as they are within a respectful and tolerable scope.

6. Content Exclusions and LimitationsWhile I strive to accommodate a wide variety of commission requests, there are certain boundaries I maintain to ensure that all projects stay within my professional comfort zone.Problematic and Sensitive Content: I do not accept commissions that involve content that is morally, ethically, or legally questionable. This includes grotesque, gory, or excessively radical themes. I strive to create art that upholds integrity and does not promote harmful or negative ideologies.Shota/Loli/Cub Content: I do not work with shota, loli, or cub content. This type of material is outside my comfort zone, and I do not condone or engage with it in any form.Complex or Overly Detailed Content: While I am open to a wide range of creative ideas, I must acknowledge that extremely detailed backgrounds or intricate objects may sometimes fall outside of my current capacity or time frame. I strive to deliver high-quality work, but overly complex designs may require a discussion regarding feasibility, timeline, and the level of detail that can be provided.Personal Comfort and Boundaries: Lastly, any content that makes me feel personally uncomfortable or crosses my ethical boundaries will not be accepted. Maintaining a healthy and professional working environment is essential, and I will always prioritize this over any commission request.
